Airion exhibited at two trade shows in June and July.

  • June 11–13, 2026
Robot Technology Japan 2026 (RTJ) (Aichi Sky Expo, Aichi)
  • July 1–3, 2026
    Manufacturing World (Tokyo Big Sight)

At both shows, under the theme of intelligent machinery for the FA (factory automation) domain in manufacturing,
we showcased our AI for generating and interpreting PLC ladder programs, along with physical AI for robot control.

[Exhibited Robot: Humanoid]

We implemented Airion's physical AI technology on a humanoid robot and ran a live demo.
(Exhibited jointly with YATOMI Engineering)

<Overview>
Using Airion's proprietary AI control, the robot autonomously performs
container-picking tasks in response to natural-language instructions.
It perceives its surroundings with an RGB-D camera and achieves
highly accurate object-pose estimation and grasping by combining
mathematical optimization, point cloud processing, and inverse kinematics.

The system is currently at the proof-of-concept stage,
and development is continuing toward future mass production.

[Our Engineer Spoke at the Physical AI Pitch Session]

On the second day of Manufacturing World, our engineer Masaka gave a talk at the seminar venue
on "Manufacturing DX Strategy in the Era of Physical AI."
Beyond explaining technologies such as VLM/VLA, the talk laid out practical approaches,
covering how to roll out these technologies on the shop floor and how to address organizational and data challenges.
