Airion's Mission

Creating a New Standard for Industry.

Our vision is a future where our software technologies power global industries, becoming as essential as electricity or running water for the next generation.
We aim to build the "industrial software standard" for the next 100 years — creating a world where people say, "We can't imagine how we ever lived without it."

What we do

Identify the friction between cutting-edge technology and industry, and implement technology smoothly

We overcome friction on the shop floor and elevate cutting-edge technology into next-generation industrial infrastructure.

Why now

The AI revolution is reaching industry

At this historic turning point, as the wave of AI spreads into industry, we take the lead and unleash industry's untapped potential.

Why us

Because we are a one-of-a-kind team that deeply understands both cutting-edge technology and the messy reality of the shop floor

Only a team that can fuse both extremes — the latest technology and the reality of the field — can lead industry into its next era.

Our Principles

1

Be honest and good-natured

Drop the pride and ego. Honestly acknowledge your strengths and weaknesses, and absorb unfamiliar technologies and teammates' opinions like a sponge. Be the good-natured person who brightens the team with a positive attitude and grows together while enjoying change.

2

Act now, move first

No armchair theories. Rather than polishing the perfect plan, start moving and value the speed of testing things in the field. Get started before overthinking — taking the first step fastest is how you absorb new information and converge on the right answer.

3

Obsess over users

Never push self-satisfied technology. What do the customer in front of you, and the end users on the shop floor, actually need? Always take their perspective and think doggedly about what will delight them most — then build and propose accordingly.

4

Be a pro people can count on

"Built it, done" and "I just did what I was told" are not professional work. Carry the last-man spirit of being the final line of defense and see things through to results. Be the professional teammates can trust their backs to — "if it's in their hands, we're safe."

5

Pick up the ball first

Throw away the line that says "not my job." When you spot a seed that could help someone or an issue nobody has noticed yet, be the first to pick it up. With a forward-leaning "I'll do it!" attitude that goes beyond your role, own the outcome and make the organization better through your own actions.
